Pickup & Cancellations

Pickup

Every order is collected from 15 Pony Street, Box Hill NSW 2765.

Pickup is on Saturday and Sunday, between 9am and 8pm. You choose your day and time when you order.

Everything is made fresh for you, so please order at least 24 hours before your pickup time.

You can cancel within 8 hours of placing your order for a full refund. Use the cancel link in your confirmation email.

After that, we've already started making your food, so the order can no longer be cancelled.

If there is a problem with your order, email orders@thebunnyco.com.au.

We use your details only to make your order and contact you about it. We never sell them or send marketing.
